Photoshop cursor focus off center from cursor

Cursor focus in Photoshop 2021 and 2022 is still off center after trying all suggestions in the Adobe and Apple community forums. Focus is in the upper left quadrant as users have complained previously. iMac 27" macOS 13.0.1., 3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9, AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB, 128 GB 2667 MHz DDR4, Mac SSD 4TB.

Try this:

In macOS >  Apple menu > “System Preferences" > Accessibility > Display > (then Pointer size in macOS13) > Set Cursor Size to Normal

Thank you for your suggestion.
Curser size was set to medium. Changed cursor size to “default” NORMAL, the smallest size.
Tried quitting and restarting Photoshop and tried restarting the computer, each two times.
There is no change in tie cursor focus being off center from the cursor.
