Photoshop Datasets: Changing the output name according to a variable in a dataset

I have a simple PSD: Background and 2x text layers.
One of the test layers is a date (month in this case).

I am happy using datasets at a basic level - and I can output 12x PSD files - with January, Febuary, March etc automatically changing.
BUT.
The output file names are along the lines of:-
Best_of_DataSet1   (which has changed, internally to January)
Best_of_DataSet2   (which has changed, internally to February)
Best_of_DataSet3   (which has changed, internally to March)

What I want is to have file names automatically come out as:-
  Best_of_January

  Best_of_February

etc

Imagine you were going to output 'personalised certificates' for 100 students...   you would want their names in the PSD name, right?

Am I missing something?

Is this really simple?

When you first link up the spreadsheet you can elect to use the first column as the data set name, then use the appropriate option when saving out the files. I have attached a couple of screenshots:

In the above example, the files produced were:

Name One.psd

Name Two.psd

etc
