Photoshop developed a random glitch. Please Help

Photoshop has been working great up till today. Upon opening the program, it looks a little pixalated as if sharp has been turned way up. When I attempt to open/import an image, it looks all glitchy (image attached) and I'm unable to click/work on the artboard.

Hi @Brand0nk3y, 

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?
