Photoshop Display Has Changed and I Cannot Bring It Back

All versions of Photoshop (CS6, two CCs) displayed normally for years until something changed, which I suspect started when I played around with the resolution of my 3.8 K monitor. The photos now show over-scaled by default, so that only a corner shows. If I go View>Screen Mode>Full Screen Mode With Menu Bar, then the scale is right for the screen but I don't have tabs anymore. I need those tabs! Also, I would like the view to default to Full Screen Mode With Menu Bar and Tabs. Like it was before. How?

The scaling change does not apply to Camera Raw or Bridge,

    Hi Jorge,

Sorry that your workspace and interface in Photoshop has changed unexpectedly.

I'd recommend that you restore Photoshop preferences to default as mentioned in this article Preferences in Photoshop  and let us know if that helps.

    Thanks,

    Akash
