Hi there,

I am having issues opening up Photoshop on my MacBook. I have installed the latest version of Photoshop and have tried restarting my MacBook. Whenever I try loading Photoshop onto my Macbook, it comes up with the following window. I cannot use Photoshop whatsoever at the moment and I was wondering if anyone on here would be able to help me out.

Thanks!

Jack

Hi @Petersham Nurseries, sorry you are seeing this. A couple questions and we can see what might be happening...

  1.  When was the last time you were able to open Ps and it worked as expected?
  2. What recent updates have you done to the computer, ie OS updates, software updates?
  3.  It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thank you,
