Photoshop document size issue！

Problem: The empty window file size is abnormal!

Document A has only 1*1px stored but has 211MB with only one empty transparent layer. Channel rgb has no extra path.

Document B 1920*2100px saves only 230kb

What causes the A document base to have 200MB, the test has nothing to do with the layer inside, copy the layer inside to the file c, the file will become 20.1kb
