photoshop does not start

I have an hp laptop, Windows 10.

Last night, before disabling it, I clicked on disable and update...

The next day I woke up, started Photoshop and it just doesn't start at the moment of reading the brushes

    what do you mean by "disable"?

    I just turned off the laptop with a button, and then woke up in the morning and photoshop does not start) crashes.

    last time I already had this, and I reinstalled windows and downloaded the previous version of photoshop

    carefully uninstall ps (including preferences) usintg the cc desktop app.  removing ps preferences is key.
