Photoshop doesn't relink to the relative new copy of placed file

In the old version 24.3 when I copy Photoshop file and the placed file togather to new location then Photoshop relink to the relative new copy of the placed file. But in the newest version 24.4.1 that not hapen and the link remains to the old file also if it's missed.

Photoshop 24.4.1 on Windows works for me as expected.

Thnaks for your answer. I reviewed the problem and find there is no bug. The problem is that I changed the placed file extension in the new location. Must I delete this report or not?
