Photoshop doesn't respond to keyboard and shortcuts

1. Photoshop Version 23.0.2

3. No idea how to reproduce it

4. I opened Photoshop one day, and suddenly it would not do anything. I would make a new file, or open one, put in the numbers etc., and when its actually open I go to zoom in or select a tool through shortcuts, and absolutely nothing happens. I can use the mouse to draw something and such but I can't undo what I draw, and basically it doesn't respond at all. I've tried rebooting the program seven times, reinstalling twice, restarting my computer, absolutely nothing works. I'm at a loss. Please help. I can't think of anything that could cause this.

@J453 Sorry, just saw this. I tried the system thing but it didn't do anything. I've also just now tried uninstalling everything, including creative cloud, then reinstalling creative cloud and my apps. Still the same problem. So baffled as to how this happened all of a sudden.

@J453 Sorry I forgot to answer the first question! None. And that doesn't work either sadly. I will try the complete reinstall someone else suggested and see if that helps. Strange thing is illustrator works just fine

In a first step I would reset the Photoshop preferences.

Please check if your system up-to-date. Make sure that available patches and updates for the operating system and the drivers are installed

If this doesn't help I would suggest a complete and clean reinstallation.

Please follow the steps below:

backup all personal data, like templates, presets etc.
uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
restore your personal data.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
