Photoshop doesn't synch with adobe cloud

Hi,

I have bought the photography packed because of the generative fill function. For that function photoshop needs to synch with the cloud(and to expand picture with content aware). Lightroom synchronizes fine but I can't get Photoshop to synch. I already checked my latest version of adobe creative cloud and restart Photoshop but still those to function doesn't work generative fill + expand with content aware. How can I fix this?

@Ilse Plomp make sure Adobe Creative Cloud is listed and available in your firewall/Windows Defender settings. It appears syncing is blocked.

 it is in Dutch but hopefully you can see that I can't select it.

@Ilse Plomp do you mean sync as in Photoshop Cloud Documents (psdc) or do you mean Creative Cloud sync (local files uploaded)?

How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?
Have you selected the correct Fill in Photoshop?
