Photoshop doing strange things

Hello!

I am having issues with Photoshop and I am desperate beacuse I use it a lot and at this point I can't do anything, so I am hoping someone here coulp maybe help me to find what is going on.

I have a brand new Mac computer, with plenty of Memory 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 and a  Radeon Pro 5700 8 GB graphic card. But still photoshop is displaying insuficient Memory Ram at a simple click to mask something, for example.  Also it can't save images in JPG for some reason.  Not sure what is going on.... I've uninstalled photoshop a few times and tried with different versions but keeps giving me problems. I put the Ram limit to the max and nothing.

Any clue where the problem might be? Thanks in adavance!!

Hi again, I I think I found something after a bit of research, you can see my post in another thread here here:

Looks like the URL is wrong or sharing permissions is turned off for your video:

Hello again, here is a screen recording I did https://vimeo.com/684416259

Hope that works. Quality is not good but I can do it again if you need it.

YOu can see here that as soon as I use the auto masking it shows low MErory ram window. When I try to save in JPG same no matter if it is exporting or saving the file as a copy. Although if I do it in PNG is not problem...

Thanks heaps!!

Could you share a screen recording of what you're seeing? Maybe watching your process and the errors will give us better clues.

Actually that's a good way to see if the problem persists. Everytime I try to compress by exporting as a JPG it says error...

Hi Jeffrey, Thanks for the answer fisrt of all.

It didn't solve the problem. I did and automatic restoration of setting when quitting the program as I don'tt have any presseting saved, I hope that works same way..  But still the problem is there. Starts working fine but very soon it gives problems like for example when I want to compress a picture, it says in JPG selected "empty image" and if I try again it might say "Error". Which it never happened before...

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale setting somewhere:
Restore your preferences using this manual method:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
Does it work correctly?
If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
If it does solve the problem, I would like to get the folder of settings to try and figure out what is bad with them.

I am uninstalling other programms I have stalled recently in case of interfereance with the program , removing all cache data stored in case of virus ( No idea), Everything I can think of. sometimes seems to improve and I can save jpg, but it doesn't last, again showing low ram memory and from there there is very little I can do..  It's driving me nuts!! I can't literally use the program.

Suggestions please! I beg haha.. No really, i am going crazy here!!
