Try resetting your Photoshop Preferences or use CC 208

    Hi Patric,

We're sorry to hear about Photoshop not being able to open files, it might be due to a permissions issue. Could you please let us know about a few details so that we can provide you a solution?

    • Please state the version of Photoshop and operating system you're using?
    • Where are the files located? Local drive or external drive such as a network drive or a USB pen drive?
    • Did you create those files or got them from somewhere?
    • Does it happen with a specific file format or all files?

    Regards,
    Sahil
