photoshop dosent open any file!!! since November never worked

Hello,

I have the latest mac version and photoshop cc version instaled. It happens with all files (jpeg, tiff, raw...) dosent matter where they are saved!

Im really angry because i paid for it and couldent use it till now! I have the latest macbook pro 15.

Please state the version of Photoshop and operating system you're using?

Where are the files located? Local drive or external drive such as a network drive or a USB pen drive?

Did you create those files or got them from somewhere?

Does it happen with a specific file format or all files?
