Photoshop Down Error

I'm trying to experience Photoshop for free for 7 days, and I'm told that I can't install Photoshop. Is there any way to prevent that error from disappearing?

Do you have installed the trial version on this computer sometime in the past?

Which operationg system do you use?

Which error message did you get? I've seen your screenshot but I can't read it and a translation in English isn't possible on graphics.
