Photoshop Download Issues/ Password is incorrect

I recently switched over from microsoft to apple and im trying to install my whole set up again. Im having issues downloading creative cloud and photshop. Im able to log in through the web but not able to download because it keep saying incorrect password. I dont know if its an apple issue?

    Thanks for reaching out. Let's try to check this issue.

    Which version of Creative Cloud and Photoshop are you trying to download? When do you get the notification for an incorrect password? What password are we referring to here? Do you remember, or can you share a screenshot of the error message? From where are you trying to download?
    You can check once with the mac password to see if that works.
