Hi! I'm a Korean user using Photoshop(So, my grammer can be uncorrect.).

I had a version of 2015cc of photoshop because I forgot the account.

And I installed the creative cloud, and I made this account, and there was my photoshop even if the account was different. I changed the version to 2021cc, and it says to buy it. Is this error, of is it working good?

How you installed 2015 cc without Creative cloud?

Too use any of CC apps you have to buy a subscription, monthely or yearly.

you can find good membership offer if you are student or a teacher.

@innovative_adventurer5D56 ,

Is your link to an official Adobe website? It's not an "adobe.com" address and it's flagged as "Not Secure".

I agree with Manal. We provide Adobe programs for students annually. Once that year expires they no longer have the programs. They can still access all of their files and versions, but not the programs.

...So if you see Photoshop or your files, check to see if you have a paid account or if the subscription to the program has expired.
