Photoshop Export As file settings not working

Good day!

When I was about to export a project, this came up and I'm not able to adjust any of the settings or export it. The only button that I can click here is cancerl. I tried resetting my preferences, re-installing photoshop, and installing a previous version of photoshop as well, but it was still like this. My quick export settings as working though, so I don't know why my "Export As..." is like this. An immediate response is greatly appreciated!

Have you tried Save for Web (Legacy) as quick workaround?

I tried Save for Web (Legacy), and it worked well as a workaround. Thank you so much! Although, I would like to ask if you have an idea if my problem for the Export As can be fixed?
