Photoshop Export as PDF Issue

Hi

I have a 215MB file that I want to export as PDF but when I do it takes a lot of time and before the saving 

is finished I get a message saying (Could not save as"File name" because the disk is full) check the image attached

it doesn't say Scratch disk, i don't know what the issue is here. i cleaned up my cache with different methods but still won't export 

 

Appreciate some tips

    We understand how difficult it is for you. Let's try to fix this.

    Which version of the application are you using? Would you mind sharing your system specification and available storage?

    You can also set up your scratch disks: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/scratch-disks-preferences.html

    Hi Ranjisha 

     

    I am using Photoshop 2023 version 24.7.0

    My laptop is very good and can handle heavy stuff to an extent lenovo legion 5, RTX2060, 16GB, and Windows 11

    also note that its only like that with this specific file which a big banner design, however, I've worked on bigger projects before and this never happen, i even tried merging all the layers into one before exporting and experienced the same

     

    i tried the methods you suggested and its still the same
