Photoshop - Favorite Fonts Do Not Save

The Favorites function under Fonts in the Character window will not save Favorites.

You can select Favorites but when you quit and come back, they are gone.

There are a MILLION help articles on Google going back MANY years about this, with no successful resolution noted in any of them.

I just bought a brand new MacBook Air (Ventura 13.4) and installed a brand new instance of Photoshop 24.5.

This feature does not work. I just spent over 90 minutes in a call with tech support about this and the representative went through lots of troubleshooting scenarios. Nothing worked.

This is a bug in the program. Fix it.

    Same issue. Kind of a sad joke that something as simple as favoriting a font no longer works. My favorites list is cleared and trying to add any new favorites doesnt last after I relaunch the program

      On Windows everything works fine.

      I am Using WIndows, but having the same exact problem.. Upgraded to the latest photoshop version, and now can't save any fav font...  Can someone help out?
