photoshop freezes after using plug ins

Hello I don't know if its me or photoshop but everytime I use a plug in, to be more specific is a retouching plugin (retouch4me) and everytime I accept the result it should load it on to my picture but it freezes and I have to restart all over again and it makes me waste ALOT of time

Are you using Windows 10 or 11?

Is this a new problem? i.e. have you used it successfully in the past, or have you only just installed it?

Do you have other plugins?

Have you tried it with both full release and beta versions of Photoshop?

Попробуйте вручную почистить реестр, после перезагузить ПК. Если не поможет, то после очистки реестра переустановите плагин.

В редакторе реестра находим каталог:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\AILayers. Из папки AILayers удаляем все
