Hi community
I have trouble with photoshop it freezes my computer and it causes a restart automatically while saving or working with Photoshop. I also had once an error that says " scratch disk is full", but I have enough storage and my computer and Photoshop is up to date. How can I fix this?

Photoshop essentially cannot crash (edit: or freeze) a current computer.

The problem is likely a faulty component other than Photoshop (driver, hardware, …).

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

As for the Scratch Disk, what are your Scratch Disk settings?
