Hi. I uninstall my Adobe apps (PS, Lr, I) and installed it to another drive. After that all these apps freeze on startup screen. I tried to do everything:reinstall appsreinstall CCupdated all drivers (MB, graphic card)install older versions of apps. Photoshop 19.1.9 works, but before i had last versionSystem: Win7, GeForce 1050Ti, Core i5-8400. What is wrong?

Photoshop freezes on startup screen

Hi. I uninstall my Adobe apps (PS, Lr, I) and installed it to another drive. After that all these apps freeze on startup screen. I tried to do everything:

updated all drivers (MB, graphic card)
install older versions of apps. Photoshop 19.1.9 works, but before i had last version

Checked, tried everything from these threads and it's links. CC couple of times asks to do restore, but in the end nothing changes - same freeze on startup.
