photoshop freezes when trying to open raw file

hello,

everytime i try to open .CR2 file with photoshop , photoshop freezes.

I have creative cloud.

I already reinstalled it - last version, actualized camera raw, unchekek -preferences-camera raw -graphic procesor

Please HELP

a mi se me congela photoshop cada vez que abro una imagen raw,

No sentido que pasa , antes no ocurría, no sé si he tocado algo, la verdad no entiendo nada.

Tendo adobe creative cloud, ya he probado desinstalarlo ps y volver a instalarlo, he actualizado camera raw.

he actualizado a High sierra.

He mirado si en preferencias de ps esta desmarcada la casilla del procesador gráfico .

Parece que nada funciona.

Is ACR 10.4 installed? Here is where I see it on my Windows workstation

ok I think that I found the Camera raw plug in:

Is that the correct location for Mac OS and is it the correct one dated 6/1/2018? I can not tell from your post. On Windows it in a Common Folder the is shared by Bridge and Photoshop. Make sure it the only Camera Raw.plugin on your system.

On Windows I see I have 4 Camera RAW Plug-ins instatlled the 32 and 64 Bit version of ACR 9.1.1 and the 32 and 64 bit ACR 10.4 Windows still has 32 bit versions of Adobe Application. I have CS6 Photoshop and Bridge 32 bit and 64 bit versions installed and at one time Photoshop CC and Bridge 32 and 64 bit installed. CS6 versions use ACR 9.1.1 where all CC versions user ACR 10.4. I have CS6, CC 2014 and CC 2018 19.1.5 installed.
