Hi @i NEED vacations, you could try adding a layer to block the body and then use your gen fill. Let us know if that workaround helps.

Sure, here you go:
1: Select the Ellipse tool and draw an oval shape over the body. This will create a new shape layer. Fill with any color.
2. Use the Quick selection tool to select the oval.
3. Invert the selection:
4. Select the image layer (not the shape layer).
5. Use Generative Fill without any prompt and click Generate.
6. Review the three options, select one, or try again.
7. Turn off the Shape layer with the oval.
8. You may need to do some additional retouching on the background.
