Photoshop GIF exports with wrong colors, lines, and dots

When I export my gif from photoshop's frame by frame animation through Save for Web the download comes out with some wrong colors,  visible dots around the moving parts of the animation, and lines when there is a lighting change. Is there any setting in Save for Web that will correct the colors and get rid of the visible tarnishes that are not there on the photoshop preview?

Hi. I looked at your .gif preview and the .png, and am not seeing any color difference between them. And, not seeing any visible dots in the animation. Not sure how you're testing, but I'd wonder if the problem is in your browser or your graphics card? This looks fine to me.
