Why the glow effect after saving becomes into square shape.

Could you please share the version of Photoshop (Help > About Photoshop) and the version of Windows on your computer? Can you share a screenshot of what settings you have applied for the glow in this image?

Does this happen with all the images, or particularly this image? Do you have the flower on a different layer? 

If it happens with all images, you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences.

Please backup your settings prior to resetting the preferences.
