Photoshop halftone export problem

Hello! So, I have a technical problem with my halftone.

it supposed to look like this

But, instead it look like this when i exported the file

I don't know wether this is the program's problem or my problem, but please help.

I can't view the preview images, this is an off-and-on again issue with the forum software.

Anyway, you need to evaluate at 100% (1:1, one image pixel per one screen pixel) or greater view size such as 200%.
