Question

Photoshop home screen

On my Home Screen I have recently opened files showing. Usually if I click on one of these files it will open up in Photoshop. Since the last update this facility seems to have gone. Has the recent update removed this.

I click on any of these files now and nothing happens. If this has now been removed there seems little point in showing recently opened files..

I've found that these types of issues are often addressed using the Reset Prefences On Quit.

Preferences > General

Hi, sorry about that

I don’t have a solution, but maybe if you try to reset the preferences will work, here the instructions:

Thanks for that Eugenio. I haven't done anything yet but it seems to have partly restored itself. By that I mean when I click an image sometimes iot will open, sometimes not. Also it will open one image but with another image it doesn't want to know. Perhaps it's trying to tell me something. But hey we have progressed a little and who knows it just might resolve in time, Who knows with PS
