Photoshop Image processor Issue

I was trying to use the Image processor for the first time, when I saw thereafter clicking it says "Sorry, Something Major happened and I can't continue. When I clicked OK, it says Window does not have a Constructor. Reference Error: 324

 

Please help me, someone.

Sorry that Image Processor in Photoshop is not working as expected. Let us help make it right.

 

Could you please let us know the version of Photoshop you're using?

 

Please try resetting Photoshop's preferences & see if it helps?
