Photoshop imagy keeps breaking

I don't know how to discribe it... 
It happens not just with layer style, sometimes it's when I move a item asif it can't load it.
Or when I scale something up or down.

My pc shouldn't be the problem I have 64RAM and a RTX 4070 Ti...
Does anyone have any clue what setting I need to chan

HEy, @Romeea. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I understand how frustrating that can be!

 

To fix this, try disabling GPU compositing. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Go to Edit in the top menu.
  2. Select Preferences, then Performance.
  3. Click on Advanced Settings.
  4. Uncheck the GPU Compositing option.

After doing this, restart Photoshop and see if the issue is resolved. I hope this helps!
