Photoshop in ipad purchase

I have purchased photoshop on my ipad pro n accidently signed out

Now i can not sign back in its showing me this error

The message says you are trying to sign in with the wrong account. Did you use your Apple ID or Adobe ID?

Did you purchase a Photoshop plan from Adobe that includes Photoshop for iPad?
or
Did you purchase a Photoshop plan for iPad from Apple that does not include the desktop version?

Yes i have purchased it using my Apple id n i tried to enter everything but nothing is working out

Here i have noticed that they are saying they generate a dedicated id

Since you didn't purchase from Adobe, you will need to contact Apple to sort this out.
