Photoshop installation problem in Windows 10

After installation of Photoshop in my windows 10 PC, the following error messages were found after run the software. Please help.

Yes, we downloaded the installation file of Photoshop 25.5.1 from the Adobe Creative Cloud. The software was successfully installed. The problem occurs when I run the software.

The meaning of the two figures in my post were the software cannot found the insertion point of software "CreateDispatcherQueueController" and "SetThreadDescription" in the active database.
