Photoshop Installer Stuck

I have Adobe Subsription and tried to install it on my home PC. But the installation window doesnt proceed anything even after I logged in. I tried clicking on 'Sign in Here' button in the installation window, but nothing happened. Please kindly advise.

Without any actual system info nobody can tel lyou much, but know what? With those screenshots looking so terribly crammed (the fonts appear large in relation to the UI elements) I have a hunch that your system may not meet the minimum system requirements for screen resolution. as a result you may be a victim of some dialog being drawn and you not being able to access a button. that or the installer downright will do nothing.
