Hi all:)

My image is 300 dpi/16 bits. I created path with pen tool, made selection and invetred this. I am cloning inside selection but Photoshop is also cloning on non active areas close to the edges so I am getting more jugged edge. Any idea?

Thank you

Jacek

Please post meaningful screenshots.

How exactly did you create the Selection? Anti-alias, Feather, …?

If the Selection contains semi-selected pixels brushing over those repeatedly will naturally increase the opacity of those.

Maybe you should use a Layer Mask instead.

If the clone stamp tool affects the pixels then they are obviously not »not selected«.

The »Marching Ants« do not actually describe the whole Selection but the parts of the Selection that are 50% or more selected.
