Photoshop is crashing

Hi there. ask for your help. My English isnt that good;) after the last update, photoshop crashes without an error message when it starts. the welcome screen is still visible (screenshot) and that's it. I reinstalled ps three times. Many thanks in advance for your support! greetings guenter
