@Deleted User how exactly are you exporting the images, I've tested all the export options and not seeing the issue here with Photoshop 25.1 on Windows 10

That just looks like a normal .tmp folder to me, have you checked the size of the folder and what makes you think it's related to Photoshop

no, I have moved the temp files for Photoshop to another driver when I've installed the app the first time.
(This is just an example of what I get because I previously deleted the files and their size was very large).
Also, the previous files were not saved on this driver and were never in this format. This file only started appearing after the latest update to the application (v25.0)
Also within this folder, the app adds an image inside it for each image that I export.

Well, that is where temp files are supposed to be. Nothing out of the ordinary so far.
It's not the Photoshop scratch file. This looks like Windows, not Photoshop. So the question is - what's inside this folder, how big is it?
I just checked my own temp directory, and there are several thousand files, a couple of GB. It doesn't bother me, I expect it will be cleaned up the next time I run disk cleanup in Windows (which I do from time to time). In the meantime, I've more than enough space.
EDIT: Ged beat me -
