Photoshop keeps crashing-any fixes?

Hello, community! My Photoshop keeps crashing whenever I open large PSD files. I’ve tried clearing the cache and updating to the latest version, but it still happens. Has anyone experienced this? Any solutions or tips would be amazing.

Crashing is nearly always the graphics processor (GPU).

Please post Help > System Info from Photoshop, which shows the complete GPU configuration. Just paste the whole thing into a reply.

Hi @Dubai Property_Team7628! Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about your issue. Along with the System info, as D Fosse asked, relevant screenshots or a screen recording of the crash would be really helpful in narrowing down the problem. Also, when did you start noticing this issue, after updating the application, the OS, or a change in hardware in your setup? Have you tried opening large TIFF files? Do you get any error codes/ messages when the crash occurs?
