Photoshop keeps crashing my PC. Help needed.

Latest studio drivers, and temperature is around 45°C while using PS at the moment.

In addition:

I had a second call with the support chat. I got the advise to roll back to verson 24.7.4
Seems they know there are issues...

It could be an overheating issue.

Check your fans.

Also, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

No gaming setup here. I am a proffessional photographer an do PS and LR 90% of the time.
No overclocking whatsoever.

Since this is AMD, known for their gaming bias - any overclocking, gaming modifications?

As Ged says, there's no way an application can cause hard restarts. An application can crash or freeze, but not bring the whole system down. The cause is in the system, and Photoshop is triggering it.

I just had contact with Adobe support. They deleted the PS preferences file and it worked....once. After continuing working I got the same problem.
The problem can now be recreated. It happens when I open a smart object and rotate the one and only layer in it.
