Hi everyone,
First of all, computer is not a issue, I have plenty of disk space, RAM and Processor. Photoshop is always updated and it never reaches maximum capacity. Details at the end.
Photoshop keeps crashing 1 out of 4 times when I zoom in 100% and scroll around the image.
It's very frustrating and time consuming, I have to work retouching skin and need to be zoomed in.
This is a deal breaker, I can't work streesed out by when the app is going to crash. Every time it happens you have to save the file *at least it allows to save it, and then close the app, open it again and continue. I lose track of what I was doing all the time so I have to use one layer for everything I do, just to know what is the last stroke or adjustment I did when it crashes, woeking like this it s just mad.
I also disabled the rulers and some things I saw in other threads. Nothing works.
I saw that this issue has been going on for a long time but haven't seen a solution. Disabling things on my computer *Graphics card, is not an option, I need the software to work on my computer, not the computer to adapt to the software. I can't and won't be changing the configuration for each app.

Hi
Have you tried resetting you Photoshop preferences, what kind of GPU do you have and are the drivers up to date, it might help if you posted your full system info

Hi Ged, thanks for the reply, yes I did reset preferences, unisntalled and installed the whole app, format the computer, everything, but it's still not reliable.
GPU is a GForce RTX with latest drivers. It works sometimes and crashes other times so that should not be it, otherwise it would crash everytime. It's the same GPU I use for for editing video, that s why I said that doing anything about my laptop is not an option if it works fine with other party apps, it should work with Adobe, otherwise I'm afraid the best option will be to use another app as I did for video.
