Photoshop keeps crashing

Ever since Photoshop updated I have had nothing but issues. It has crashed multiple times while working on small batches of images and I have lost numerous amounts of work in the last 3 days. I do not understand why it is happening but someone needs to fix it asap or I will find another prigram that will work. I spend way to much a month in Adobe for this to keep happening.I am getting very angry.

When Photoshop crashes, this is the first thing to do, try resetting your Photoshop preferences. Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (macOS) immediately after launching Photoshop. You will be prompted to delete the current settings. You can also reset preferences upon a quit if Photoshop is running by going into General Preferences>General>Reset on Quit.

If that doesn't fix the issue:
Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Multithreaded Compositing - and restart Photoshop.
Still crashing?
Go to Preferences > Performance... click Advanced Settings... and uncheck "GPU Compositing" - then restart Photoshop. Still crashing?

Sorry to hear this @Shannon235621362z5z

I'm not seeing any submitted crash reports from you in our system. If you haven't done so already, please submit all Crash Reports along with your email address: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html That will help us diagnose the crash.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

@Shannon235621362z5z

Are you filling out the crash reports and including your Adobe ID? Adobe staff (who are on this forum) read those reports and can see what is causing the crash.

Hi @Shannon235621362z5z Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

Which version of Photoshop and OS?

How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?

Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences back to the factory defaults?
