Photoshop keeps crashing

A couple more things to try @Thanatos 13:

Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Multithreaded Compositing - and restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist? 

Go to Preferences > Performance... click Advanced Settings... and uncheck "GPU Compositing" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?

The Memory usage was at 70% I thought maybe lowering it would fix the problem it didn't and as for an driver update my computer says I'm up to date on everything. I went a head and put the mem usage back up to 70%

Here are a couple things we notice:

Memory used by Photoshop: 22 % - This should be set to a max of 70%
