Photoshop Keeps Crashing!

Photoshop crashes at very strange times. I can have tabs of google chrome and tabs of photoshop projects open and photoshop will run smoothly. Other times, I'll only have one photoshop project open, painting a rock and it'll crash and continue to crash under the same circumstances several more times.
I'm using a ps42 8rb MSI, operating with windows 10, it has 16g of ram with core i7. My computer with 8g of ram and i5 runs photoshop beautifully, never crashing. I've tried lowering memory usage in prefrences but photoshop promptly crashed again.
I don't understand what's going on and this is a nightmare for workflow.
Please give me your solutions!

Is there anyway to access past crash reports? Because I assume if I can't, I have to crash photoshop myself?

So I assume what you'll find interesting is that it's not photoshop causing critical events.

I only found reports for 2019 inside the 2021 crash report folder. Now in 'CRlogs' I've found more resonable looking dates but when I open them with notepad I see nothing to copy paste.
