Photoshop keeps shutting down.

Just click to use the text function in Photoshop and Photoshop is forced to quit.

I've tried restarting my computer, even if I delete Photoshop and re-launch it. Please help

What exact version of Photoshop and operating system are you using, have you tried resetting the preferences
