When i am drawing, my brush will work then just stop and catch up to where my brush is. Its not lag but it looks like it. Ive literally reinstalled windows 11 and deleted all programs and started all over with new drivers and everything. I literally cant do my job anymore and im losing my mind.

Photoshop and my Huion tablet has been working for the past few months but suddenly it just stopped working and has cause me to lose so many working hours.

Same problem over here. It's insanely frustrating. Losing hours of productivity.

Try disabling Lamp Array Translation task in the task manager. Saw this in another thread and it worked for me.

I have 0% smoothing on, and have reset all preferences, ive also increased memory usage to 81%, the graphics processor is ticked on, ive even increased the cache tile size. Ive also made the image processing set to more stable
