Photoshop | Launch Error

After I installed photoshop then launched, my laptop screen got distorted. I am currently using HP Laptop Notebook. Need help.

Hello, this issue is only with Photoshop or not ? Can tell us more about your computer and OS.

For me me it look like a graphic card issue.
