Photoshop launching issue

Issue: 

  • Photoshop version: 25.3.1 20231212.r.241 46eb480 x64
  • OS: Windows 11, version 22H2


Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Photoshop
  2. Waiting ~10 minutes
  3. Photoshop launch ~10 minutes after only.

 

Expected result: ~1-2 minutes max to open Photoshop
Actual result: ~10 minutes to open Photoshop

 

I feel like it's random, sometime Photoshop will open in 1-2 minutes and sometime it will take ~10 minutes

    I will guess that there is no current fix for me issue.

    @Dylan28980238vsc0 after you have Photoshop open, go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

     

    Taking a guess - perhaps its an internet reliant plugin that is unable to connect during startup. Try holding the Shift key went starting to disable plugins to see if it improves.

    @D Fosse No splash screen, only after the ~10 minutes and it will be there for like 2-4 seconds before photoshop actually open

    The splash screen reads out the sub-modules as they load. What does it say where it freezes?
