Photoshop Marque tool Help

After selecting Marque Tool, or I'm not seeing Shape dropdown, fill, stroke and options gear icon per usual? I've already reset Photoshop. How do I get that to show up like normal?

Solved, I had wrong marque tool selected! LOL

Correct, you did not want any marquee selection tool. You wanted the Rectangle tool, not the Rectangle Marquee tool. Good job solving it!

I've marked your answer correct. To clarify though, the marquee tools are selection tools. The shape tools are drawing tools.
