Photoshop minimize, open file tabs missing

I just installed Photoshop I have windows 10 64bit 

whenever I open photoshop the window seems to glitch and I am unable to see the minimize button or the button to Open file, Edit, or Window basically everything is disappeared but if i click in the area then i can see the drop down menu. 

I have included screenshots if anyone can help that would be great.

Hi, try to install the latest update the photoshop version using creative cloud desktop application....regards

Can you check to see which workspace you are in? That looks like the Touch Workspace. Click the Workspace Switcher in the upper right and switch to Essentials. Does that fix it?
