I understand a Creative Cloud All Apps subscription comes with access to download free Photoshop mockups (e.g. signage, displays, business cards, etc.) but where/how do I browse and download them?

That's interesting.  Ideas for all sorts uses and for multiple CC apps.  I hadn't notices this at the bottom of the New Doc panel either.

It takes you to Adobe Stock, but to dozens of .PSDT files that are free AFAICT.  Some of them look to be basically Layer Styles.

Incidentally, you can create your own templates, which can be something you have made from scratch, or an existing template that you have modified. Save it as a .psd file, and in File Explorer or Finder, change the file extension to .psdt

If you start with nothing open so that you are looking at the Home Screen, click New, and the New Document panel opens.  Click on any of the Tabs I have highlighted, and scroll down.
