Photoshop: New Adobe Color Grading tool on ACR. Why not similar on Photoshop?

The new Advanced Color Grading will be released this October 2020, as this video shows. 
I loved the panel with 3 colorwheels and the usability that is more confortable to intensive contiuous use.

Why the tools we have on Photoshop can't be like this user friendly type? Or at least let the user to choose the tool preferences on UI.

If it is in ACR it may well be in the Camera Raw filter. We'll have to wait and see what is released.
