What version of Photoshop do you use?

Only this document or EVERY new document?

I am using photoshop 2019 cc and all the new documents and previous documents show the same error. I had to reinstall the photoshop but the same error has occurred.

Hi, which version is now installed? Please post in a txt file the contents of Photoshop's Help>System Info... menu, so that we get to know your OS, its version, the exact version of Photoshop you are running, the date of the GPU driver, etc.

Please try to check "Deactivate Native Canvas" in the menu Edit/Preferences/Technology preview (Pc) or Photoshop/Preferences/Technology preview (Mac) .
This is not a fix, but rather a way to check if the issue appears only with the new technology, and should be reported to the Ps team.
